About me

My name is Paul Fitzpatrick, child of Irish immigrants living in Rotterdam. I was born here and love living in this city! Besides running tours I am also musician and an avid amateur cook. Because I have lived here all my life I know the city really well and can show you some nice off the beaten track places, as well as the must-do highlights. My wife and I both do the tours so you could also meet her. Laura is a stewardess for KLM and has seen and tasted the whole world. We have travelled together extensively and have developed a shared passion for the wonderful different cuisines of the world. The idea for doing foodie tours came from her and we have really enjoyed setting it up and working together on something we both love! We hope to welcome you soon on one of our tours. All the best!
